After being kept awake by our French neighbour who then proceeds to lean across our bonnet this morning resulting in John banging the dashboard and window screen, we should have known then that the day wasn’t going to go well. So on leaving Aveiro we head along the N109 however this was proving to be taking us the long way down to Costa de Lavos so for the first time we decide to take the toll road, but just a few miles along there’s a huge bang and we start shuddering, I’ll let the photos tell the tale…….
